Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the services provided by K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas ("we" or "us") and your responsibilities as the customer ("you"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Water and Electricity:

We require access to water and electricity for all services. If unavailable, please call us at (915)-373-5066 to discuss options. Failure to provide access may result in a $80 cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:

We operate rain or shine, but understand scheduling changes are necessary sometimes. To avoid a $80 cancellation fee, please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations: Require 48 hours' notice.
Reschedules: Require 48 hours' notice.
K&J's Right to Reschedule: We reserve the right to reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.
No Show/Missing Vehicle: Appointments without the vehicle and keys present will be considered cancellations and subject to a $80 fee.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificate redemption follows the same policy and will be automatically redeemed for $80 based on the above guidelines.

3. Vehicle Access and Movement:

You agree to provide access to your vehicle and keys during the service and any other agreed-upon times. You authorize us to operate and move your vehicle as necessary to complete the detailed job.

4. Service Time Limits:

All detail packages have estimated timeframes based on the selected package. Add-on services may extend the base times. Your technician determines the time spent at their discretion, starting after check-in and initial setup.

Time Limits for Base Packages (excluding add-ons):
Bronze Package: 1.5 - 2.0 hours
Silver Package: 2.5 hours
Gold Package: 3.5 hours
Diamond Package: 4.5 hours

5. Guaranteed Outcome Expectations:

We strive for exceptional results, but cannot guarantee your vehicle will be "like new." Expected outcomes are based on the last detailed timeframe:
Less than 1 year ago: 75% as good as new
1 - 2 years ago: 70% as good as new
2 - 3 years ago: 65% as good as new
3 - 4 years ago: 60% as good as new
4 - 5 years ago: 55% as good as new
5 - 6 years ago: 50% as good as new
6 - 7 years ago: 45% as good as new
7 - 8 years ago: 40% as good as new
8 - 9 years ago: 35% as good as new
More than 9 years ago: 30% as good as new

6. Quality of Service and Concerns:

We want you to be satisfied. While we cannot guarantee specific results, we will use our best efforts to restore your vehicle to its optimal condition within our resources, time, and expertise. We conduct a final inspection with you at completion. If you have concerns after the inspection and our technician has left, please contact us within 24 hours. K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas is not liable for concerns raised after 24 hours or if you skip the final inspection.

7. Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions, and Damage:

While highly skilled and careful, we cannot be held responsible for vehicle damage during detailing. We will notify you if anything unforeseen occurs. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage. Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the detailing service.

8. Fees, Terms of Service, and Payment:

The service fee is the agreed-upon dollar amount, displayed as "Total Cost" on your final invoice. The service term reflects the time reserved to complete your requested job, not a guaranteed outcome. If the job requires significant additional time due to excessive dirtiness, K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas reserves the right to charge an extra dirty fee of $60 per hour at our discretion. We will inform you of this possibility before or during the detailing process.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas@email.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.web.com) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.

Termination of Service

K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas. Instances of service termination include: going behind our back and working directly with K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination at our discretion.

K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas Changes

K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas does not make any commitment to update the materials.

I Understand That

♦ By using our services you hereby understand that K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our detailing services.
♦ Your payment to K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
♦ K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $60 per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of K&J Cleaner Car Detailing Dallas employees (we will warn you).
♦ Because we order materials for the job on demand, deposits made are non-refundable.
♦ All Sales Are Final.
